Terms & Conditions
1. If cancelled up to 5 days before arrival 30% of the total booking will be charged, If cancelled after the 5 days or in case of a no show, the full amount of the booking will be charged.
2. A surcharge will be taken from your credit card if any damage or extra cleaning has to be done on the room upon your departure
3. This is a strictly no smoking premise , a fine of €250 will be immediately charge to your card if evidence of smoking in the room.
4. Arrivals: 4 pm
5. Departure: 11 am
6. Gift Vouchers are available (contact owner)
7.Contact the owner about earlier check in if needed.
